his year we began a Children's Choir at St. Luke's for primary age children. It started on Thursday February 7th under the leadership of an excellent musician and retired teacher. Sessions are in school term time and run for about an hour, including a post-school drink and snack and time for a game. The music is 'to lift the soul' but is not exclusively Christian or even religious in character. It is hoped that from time to time the choir may perform as part of worship on special festival days.
There is no fee but a gold coin donation will help with the cost of music and refreshments.
