Worship in St Luke's
Out enjoying the sun!
BBQ time!

ur Parish is in the liturgical Anglican tradition of the Diocese of Newcastle.

We are a friendly community with strong links to everyday life on the Peninsula. We aim to be hospitable and of service to all, regardless of religious affiliation. Many non-Church groups meet in our premises.

We are developing good links with other churches on the Peninsula, especially the Roman Catholic, Uniting and Salvation Army, with whom we are joined in the NSW Ecumenical Council.

We have a sister parish, Coolamon, in the Diocese of the Riverina, and pray especially for them at this time of drought.

Through our giving, we especially support ABM, BCA, CMS, the Samaritans, and the Christmas Bowl. We also help fund ministry in our local High School through Religious Education Ministry.

We have a strong commitment to Social Justice, and are members as a Parish of Amnesty International. We are also seeking to improve our environmental footprint, and in 2008 are undertaking an eco-audit.

Recognising the high number of elderly residents on the Peninsula, we offer ministry in a number of aged-care facilities. We also seek to welcome the many young families who live in our area, and our two toddler goups, the Children's Choir, and Children's Church all provide activities geared to their needs.

We have a building at St Luke's which provides a magnificent acoustic, much enjoyed by visiting choirs and musical groups.

There is no chance of going hungry in the Parish of Woy Woy, because there always seems to be a picnic, a supper or a lunch going on - or just groups of friends getting together for dinner.

If you love to eat, this is the Parish for you!
