New Years Eve at the Rectory
e are a very sociable parish who like to do things together, especially
if it involves food! However in addition to Parish get togethers (often
for example for lunch on a fifth Sunday) we have two 'family' groups,
who meet for social time on a regular basis.
The idea of these is that family members who are not necessarily
worshipping members of the church are very welcome to join in with our
social programme. It is also a great opportunity for those who live
alone to meet and share time with others, as well as for families to
share the joys of children.
Each group determines its own programme, and below is a copy of the
schedule for this year. It includes such things as picnics, visits to
the cinema and ferry trips.
