Little Pelicans

Our toddler groups are called Little Pelicans, because we have the pelican as our parish logo. These groups are very popular with children and carers alike. Our group with meets at St Luke’s Church Hall, Woy Woy, meets on a Wednesday morning and our Little Pelicans at St Andrew’s, Umina, meets on Friday morning (location details here). Both groups meet in school term time and run from 10.15am to 12noon. Time for play is followed by a hearty and healthy morning tea, a craft activity for the children and a brief story and song time, assisted by ‘Prayer Bear’.

These groups are a great place to met and make friends, to find support in the early days of child raising and to help children with their earliest social skills. There is no charge but a gold coin donation is appreciated by those buying the morning tea and craft materials!
